Agent claims
Explicit file or scope ownership an agent takes before editing, recorded in the RAAV ledger for audit and conflict detection.
Claims make ownership visible across sessions. Before an agent edits, it declares which files or scope it is responsible for on a given branch lane.
Founders can see active claims, overlapping work, and submit history without parsing terminal scrollback.
