Terms of Service

These terms govern access to RAAV's website, local command-line and MCP tools, founder console, and optional hosted synchronization. By using the preview, you agree to these terms. Do not use the service if you cannot enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your account and connected-device credentials secure.

RAAV stores and presents product direction, work items, decisions, evidence, agent sessions, and project history. Local repository memory remains local unless you deliberately connect or upload it to a hosted RAAV feature.

RAAV does not run model inference by default and is not a coding agent. A coding agent that you connect may read RAAV context and return code, documents, logs, or other outputs under that provider's own terms.

• Use only repositories, workspaces, and data that you are authorized to access.
• Review agent instructions and generated changes before accepting, merging, publishing, or deploying them.
• Keep secrets, personal data, and confidential material out of shared product memory unless the project requires it and you have permission.
• Do not use RAAV to disrupt services, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.

You must provide accurate account information and notify us if you believe your account or connector has been compromised. We may limit, suspend, or revoke preview access to protect users, projects, or the service, or when these terms are materially breached.

Connector dispatch is an allowlisted alpha. Features may be incomplete, changed, or removed during the preview.

You retain your rights in content and project data that you provide. You grant RAAV the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and display that data solely to operate the features you choose to use.

Hosted data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. Local files remain under your control and are not uploaded merely because the local CLI or MCP server is installed.

Agent output can be incomplete, insecure, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. RAAV's status, readiness, and forecast views are coordination aids, not warranties that work is correct or ready to ship. You remain responsible for review, testing, backups, and deployment decisions.

The preview is provided on an as-available basis. No uptime, response-time, support-time, or service level commitment is offered. Current monitoring coverage is disclosed on the Service Readiness page.

Keep independent copies of repository data and any material you need to recover your project.

Public prices may be shown for planning, but checkout is disabled during the controlled preview. No paid subscription begins without an explicit checkout flow that states the price, taxes, billing period, renewal, cancellation, and applicable consumer information before payment.

RAAV and its visual identity are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Rights in open-source components are governed by their respective licenses. These terms do not transfer ownership of RAAV software, branding, or documentation to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is supplied without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. RAAV is not responsible for decisions or changes made by connected third-party agents, providers, repositories, or hosting services.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. A final commercial liability framework will be reviewed before paid launch.

We may update these terms as the preview changes. The updated date will appear above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice through the service or the account email when practicable. You may stop using RAAV and request account deletion at any time.
