Product memory

The durable product truth a team and its coding agents share — ICP, problem, promise, scope, requirements, risks, and decisions.

Product memory is not chat history or a ticket backlog. It is the operating handbook that tells every agent what the product is, what is in scope, and what the founder has already confirmed.

RAAV stores product memory locally in the repo, separates confirmed facts from inferred assumptions, and routes material changes through founder review before they become shared truth.
